On Tuesdays I meet with my radiation oncologist, to check on me to see how treatment is well, treating me. The only question I really had for her at this point in treatment was that my left arm falls asleep pretty quickly after I put it over my head. She immediately said, its because I had lymph nodes removed. I never even thought about that, but apparently those little guys help move my blood. Some women even have an wrap around your arm to help circulate the blood. Since this is really the only side effect from removing two lymph nodes, she didnt seem concerned. She did however, give me homework of exercises to help the area. Wasnt to excited to be handed a sheet of exercises, I merely was curious on why my arm was falling a sleep.

Wow I didn’t know that! Interesting. What kind of exercises help with that?
